Assetlink is seeking a Security Officer to act as a frontline ambassador, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for centre visitors and tenants. You will operate with professionalism, support a rotating 7-day roster, and represent a company recognised as a Top Employer.

You will engage in proactive safety monitoring, incident reporting, and customer-focused service, with clear pathways to further development and leadership roles within a diverse and inclusive team.

Qualifications

• A valid NSW Full Security Licence is required.
• First Aid & CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong security presence with exceptional customer service.
• Support tenants, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Conduct foot patrols and proactive safety awareness.
• Manage access control and respond to client requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Build positive relationships with retail partners and centre management.
• Complete clear incident reports using digital systems.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and communication.

What You’ll Do
