Job summary

SICE is seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Security Systems to join our Engineering team to deliver large-scale security and communications projects across Australia. You will lead design, integration, testing and commissioning of electronic security systems for critical infrastructure, working with clients and suppliers to meet requirements.

You will apply your knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion systems and VMS, coordinate with Project Manager and Testing teams, and help ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in security solutions or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with FAT/SAT and test reports.
• Security Licence (or eligible to obtain one).
• Able to travel to project sites as required.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, integration and delivery of electronic security systems within critical infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions are compliant, integrated and delivered to schedule.
• Coordinate interfaces between security and communications systems.
• Support testing, commissioning and site activities.
• Engage with clients, vendors and project stakeholders to manage risks.
