Job summary

AustCorp Executive in Melbourne is seeking an Electronic Security Technician to join a close-knit team. Roles include service, installation, and project work across alarm, CCTV, intercom, access control, and integrated systems.

Candidates should have proven experience in the security industry, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work unsupervised. Licences include 2BC, OH&S induction, and cabling licence; Gallagher/Integriti/Tecom/Axis/Hikvision/Milestone experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

Experience with high-end electronic security systems
Ability to program premium access control panels
Extensive IP network knowledge
Current 2BC security licence
OH&S general induction and cabling licence

Responsibilities

Service, maintenance or installation and commissioning alarm, CCTV, intercom, access control and integrated systems
Provide preventative maintenance for alarm and CCTV systems
Liaise with key customers on technical matters
Cooperate with team to attend service call outs as they arise
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail
