Responsibilities

• E2E delivery for all requirements, underpinning growth and NPS
• Leadership of the Programme Team to provide professional services focussing on the innovative design for customers.
• Ensure the Programme team consult with customers to design the most appropriate technical solutions.
• Delivers Customer Programme requirements into wider BT Security projects working closely with the Delivery teams.
• Inputs into plans to develop, retain and attract talent for the Programme Team
