EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Corporate & Retail Security Officers to join our Brisbane teams. You will administer CCTV, access control and alarm platforms, monitor surveillance, patrol premises, assist clients, and maintain thorough logs while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Security background preferred.
• Knowledge of Fire Control Panel and Access Control systems.
• Understanding of WH&S and ability to identify and manage risks.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness.
• Intermediate level with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises and surrounding areas.

EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and experienced Corporate & Retail Security Officers to join our teams in Brisbane QLD. These roles, provide security services to our valued clients at premium locations and as a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting the safety and assets of our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Administrate security systems in terms of CCTV, Access Control and integrated Alarm platforms. (Controller)
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms (Controller)
• Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent criminal activity (Rover)
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas (Rover)
• Assist customers and clients as required, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain detailed records and logs of security-related activities
• Respond to and report on any security breaches or emergencies
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for
