Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on patrolling a manufacturing location, monitoring access, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Position offers part-time hours with a set weekend schedule and a pay rate of $24.75 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to alarms, maintaining records, and upholding security procedures while aligning with Allied Universal values.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity records.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including exterior areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter boundaries, to help identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by procedures.
• Observe and report facility conditions, policy violations, and potential hazards, while supporting a professional, orderly environment for biologics manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
