Securitas USA is hiring a Construction Security Guard to protect employees, customers, and visitors at East Wenatchee, WA. The role offers full-time hours with flexible shifts across multiple client sites and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and observational skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Pre-employment screening is required.

• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Site Location: East Wenatchee, WA

Wage : $23.00/HR

Schedule : Flexible / Multiple shifts available at various client sites

What Your Day May Look Like

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
