MSS Security is recruiting a Full-Time Security Officer for a site in Myambat / Denman, NSW. The role requires availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays on a 24/7 rotating roster. Applicants must hold NV1 clearance, NSW security licence, and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of the site.
• Monitoring and responding to security and safety risks.
• Providing a professional security presence on site.
• Incident response and escalation as required.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and alarms.
• Completing accurate reports, logs, and records.
• Onsite risk mitigation and compliance with procedures.

About the Role

MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a secure site located in Myambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley region). This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, therefore full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential. The position offers $28.42 p/hr + superannuation + applicable shift loadings, with relocation incentives available for candidates moving to the area. Due to the nature of the site, applicants must hold a current NV1 security clearance. Successful candidates will receive paid ongoing training, including site-specific training as required.
