Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking Security Officers to work at a data centre located in Melbourne. You will conduct foot patrols, monitor access, and oversee CCTV to maintain a secure environment.

The role requires Australian citizenship, a Victorian Security Licence (NV1 or willing to obtain), First Aid & CPR certificates, and a 24/7 rotating roster. A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence is also needed.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship is required.
• NV1 clearance or willingness to obtain.

• First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• 24/7 availability on a rotating roster.
• Ability to walk up to 15,000 steps per shift.

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
• Oversee CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Hold a current an NV1, (or willing to obtain).
• Valid Victorian Security Licence.
• Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).
• 24/7 Availability to work a rotating roster.
• Ability to walk up to 15,000 steps per shift as part of routine patrols.
