Job summary

MSS Security is recruiting a Full-Time Security Officer for a site in Myambat / Denman, NSW. The role requires availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays on a 24/7 rotating roster. Applicants must hold NV1 clearance, NSW security licence, and First Aid certification.

Relocation incentives up to $5,000 are available for candidates moving to the area. The role offers ongoing training and competitive hourly rates with superannuation and shift loadings.

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations (required).
• Valid NSW Security Licence (required).
• Current NV1 Security Clearance (Must Have).
• Current First Aid Certificate (required).
• Ability to work under pressure and remain alert.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Master Licence Number: 408742075.

Responsibilities

• Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of the site.
• Monitoring and responding to security and safety risks.
• Providing a professional security presence on site.
• Incident response and escalation as required.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and alarms.
• Completing accurate reports, logs, and records.
• Onsite risk mitigation and compliance with procedures.
