Job summary

Tier One Industries is seeking diligent and professional Security Officers to join our team in Newcastle, Central Coast region. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and the public across multiple venues and events.

Officers will monitor crowd behaviour, enforce RSA regulations, respond to incidents, file reports, and provide excellent customer service. Immediate start and 30+ hours per week are possible with full induction and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence Class 1A.
• Provide First Aid Certificate.
• RSA Competency Card (for crowd control roles).
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage crowd behaviour.
• Enforce compliance of RSA regulations.
• Respond to incidents promptly and professionally.
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
