Job summary

Safecorp Aust Pty Ltd is seeking experienced security officers to join our team in Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches and Western Suburbs. This part-time, casual or full-time role provides security services to Bars, Pubs, Clubs and Functions.

You will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, crowd control, entry management, and incident reporting while delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or crowd control roles.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Current Security licence, RSA certification and First Aid.
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and deter incidents.

Safecorp Aust Pty Ltd, a leading security services provider, is seeking experienced security officers to join our team in Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches, Western Suburbs. This is a Part-time / Casual or Fulltime role, providing security services to Bars, Pubs, Clubs, and Function centres in the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Providing a visible security presence to deter and respond to any incidents or antisocial behaviour
• Assisting with crowd control, managing entry and exit points, and enforcing venue policies
• Responding promptly and professionally to any emergencies or security concerns
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on all security-related activities

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a security or crowd control role, ideally within the bar, pub, or club industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
• A current Security licence, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and First Aid
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work effectively on your feet for extended periods
• A reliable and professional approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
