The position offers a full-time roster with rotating shifts, including nights, days and weekends, and pays Level 2 $29.24 plus penalty rates, with ongoing training and development opportunities within a nationally

Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience, retail experience highly regarded.
• Availability for day/night and weekend shifts.
• Good physical fitness to perform patrols.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team at a Major Retail and Shopping Centre in Eastgardens, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Level 2 $29.24 + penalty rates

Roster: Rotating Roster

R1: Monday & Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 1800-0600 (Night)

R2:Wednesday to Friday 0600-1800 Day

Key Responsibilities
