Allied Security Management is seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team on-site with our client, a leader in medical research (HRMI) based in Newcastle. Qualifications

• Current and valid 1A Security License.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site access control and visitor management.
• Foot and vehicle patrols.
• Incident response and reporting; monitoring CCTV and alarms.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and the public.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

• Current and valid 1A Security License
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and manage situations calmly
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in security is preferred
