Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in IT/OT security operations in large enterprises.
- Experience implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Check Point, Forcepoint, or Proofpoint suites.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and security tooling.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage and troubleshoot cybersecurity services for clients.
- Assist in high-priority incidents including infrastructure and security events.
- Ensure policies, configurations and compliance meet industry best practices.
- Fulfilling daily operations to meet SLAs and identify automation opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with security technologies, trends, and AI-driven tools.
- Liaise with vendors and their support teams for advanced assistance.
