Optus is strengthening its security culture and engagement, embedding security-first behaviours across 10,000+ staff. You will lead a cross‑functional program spanning cyber and physical security, delivering campaigns, training, and events that translate risk into actionable employee behaviours.

You will partner with senior security leaders, design multi‑channel content, and grow a champions network to sustain lasting change.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in internal communications, change management, culture programs, employee engagement, learning, or security awareness roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering behaviour change initiatives using PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop engaging content and campaigns for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience planning and delivering events, campaigns, or engagement programs at scale.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities for multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure engagement outcomes and improve performance.
• Creative thinking and storytelling to drive security behaviour change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual Security Culture and Engagement program across cyber, physical, and protective security.
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns, communications, and events that make security actionable.
• Apply change management methodologies to drive adoption of security initiatives.
• Build and activate a Security Champions network across business units.
• Develop multi-channel content across digital, video, intranet, leadership comms, social, and events.
• Plan and deliver flagship awareness events like Cyber Security Awareness Month.
• Equip leaders with tools and messaging to champion security behaviours.
• Create engaging training experiences to improve awareness and compliance.
• Measure campaign impact using engagement metrics and sentiment analysis.
• Translate threat intelligence into employee engagement strategies with risk teams.
• Maintain security communications channels (SharePoint, collaboration platforms).
• Build external networks to stay informed on trends in security culture.
