Elastic is seeking a Delivery Architect to lead and orchestrate Elastic solutions for enterprise customers. You will design architectures, run workshops, and deliver end-to-end implementations, including data onboarding, configuration, visualizations, and security considerations.

You will engage with engineering, product, and sales teams to scope opportunities, manage risks, and mentor other consultants while communicating clearly with stakeholders up to the C-suite.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or senior IT leadership experience.
• History of delivering professional services engagements.
• Strong customer advocacy and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead meetings with project owners and C-level stakeholders.
• Technically savvy with hands-on delivery and business value articulation.
• Experience leading lifecycle projects in security/enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and design customer architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops with hands-on mentoring and solution development.
• Deliver outcome-based Elastic solutions and integrate products into complex architectures.
• Master data modeling, queries, and scale of search/analytics.
• Troubleshoot platform, data, and cybersecurity challenges for customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Support; interact with Sales.
• Mentor fellow consultants and communicate with diverse stakeholders up to C-suite.
