Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a delivery architect to orchestrate and implement Elastic solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead workshops, design architectures, and drive value with data modeling, security integrations, and scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with Services, Engineering and Sales, and mentor teammates while operating in a distributed, remote-first environment. Travel when needed and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Consulting Architect or senior IT leadership
• Experience delivering professional services engagements
• Strong customer advocacy, relationship-building, presentation and communications skills
• Ability to lead meetings with project owners and C-level stakeholders
• Articulate business value of outcome-based delivery while being technically savvy
• Experience leading projects through lifecycles and technical leadership
• Experience deploying Elastic Security or similar SIEM tools

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with hands-on mentoring, whiteboarding, and solution development
• Deliver outcome-based solutions and integrate Elastic products into complex architectures
• Develop data models, optimize queries, and scale clusters for fast search and analytics
• Define customer roadmaps and articulate solutions to executives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to scope opportunities and manage risks
• Mentor fellow consultants and contribute to practice development
