G4S Australia and New Zealand is recruiting for a casual Security Concierge at their Corporate Office in Felixstow, north-east of Adelaide. You will support a small team of security officers, handle badge creation, reception duties, and assist with visitor sign-ins, couriers and facilities staff.

The role suits someone with security experience, a valid NV1 or Baseline clearance, strong IT skills, and excellent customer service.

Formación

• NV1/Baseline Clearance required or able to obtain.
• Current and valid South Australian Security Licence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with security systems including CCTV and Access Control (Lenel desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor emails for new starter access approvals and create badges.
• Manage reception desk, assist visitors, couriers, and facilities staff.
• Monitor remote sites in Australia and NZ and verify access for staff.
• Monitor CCTV when needed and retrieve footage for incidents.
• Conduct patrols and prepare concise incident reports.
