Thales Group is seeking a Security Compliance Coordinator for the Orchard Hills site in Sydney. You will support the EO Services Security Manager, coordinating security activities and ensuring Defence and Thales security requirements are met.

Based at Orchard Hills, you will work with employees, contractors and stakeholders to promote security awareness, maintain records, and ensure procedures are followed. A Baseline Defence Security Clearance is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel interstate when required.
• Experience in logistics or Defence is advantageous.
• A current Baseline Defence Security Clearance or higher is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security activities and ensure compliance with Defence and Thales security requirements.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain mandatory security registers, records and documentation.
• Coordinate government security clearance applications and records.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
• Deliver security awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
• Maintain the security library and related records.

• Monitor security compliance metrics and assist audits.
• Prepare reports and analyse security-related data.
