Job summary

Nixil Pty in Canberra is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver effective learning solutions within a secure, complex environment.

You will assess training needs, create learning materials, deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training, and work with subject matter experts to ensure accurate, accessible content. The role requires NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance and will commence in March 2027, with locations in Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering systems and process training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
• Understanding of secure information handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop training plans.
• Create learning materials, user guides and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training.
• Work with subject matter experts to produce accurate, accessible content.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and improve training materials.
