Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a construction environment.
• Current SE631 training certification required and DoD/IC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous surveillance of construction site to verify security compliance.
• Monitor site access and permit entry only to authorized personnel.
• Prepare reports for government and prime contractor stakeholders.
• Maintain security documentation and coordinate subcontractor scheduling.
