Qualifications
- Fast-paced, premium dining experience required.
- RSA certification and understanding of responsible service.
- Able to deliver attentive, personalised service.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
Responsibilities
- Manage your section and provide seamless, attentive service from start to finish.
- Build genuine guest connections and create memorable dining experiences.
- Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings confidently.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and front of house to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
