Job summary

Hellenika at The Calile in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Section Waiter to deliver warm, attentive service across a busy dining room. You will coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, guest-focused approach, strong communication and the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Current RSA certificate.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage your own section while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
• Build genuine rapport with guests and confidently guide them through our menu and beverage offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
