Inspired by Lennox Hastie’s time in the foothills of the Basque Country, Gildas pays tribute to the original pintxo from San Sebastián — a simple combination of guindilla pepper, olive and anchovy. The Role We are currently seeking a Section Waiter (casual, approximately 25 hours per week) to join the team. This role requires a confident and experienced hospitality professional who can deliver attentive, polished service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
