Marmont is casual refined dining on the Crown Riverwalk in Melbourne, seeking an experienced Section Waitstaff member. You will read tables, guide guests through menus, coordinate with hosts and kitchen, and maintain a seamless, high-energy service.

• Run a seamless service — timing courses, anticipating needs, keeping food and drinks flowing
• Handle guest requests and curveballs with confidence, escalating to the Restaurant Manager only when needed
• Keep your section clean, polished, and guest-ready, even at full pace
• Work closely with hosts, kitchen, and fellow waitstaff to keep the whole floor in sync
