Karnet Prison Farm, a minimum-security facility 75km south of Perth, focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration of male offenders. The Section 95 Supervisor will coordinate reparation activities—construction, maintenance, landscaping, and land management—delivering training and supervision to prisoners and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering industry standard practices in a group environment.
• Ability to supervise a team including planning, prioritising and delegation.
• Strong written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Competent with spreadsheets, databases and email systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver reparation activities and programs.
• Provide on-the-job instruction and accredited training to prisoners.
