Job summary

Serco seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Acacia Prison in Western Australia. You will lead evidence-based programs, guide a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and facilitators, and support staff and inmates toward safer, healthier futures within a correctional setting.

The fixed-term, full-time maternity leave cover spans Monday to Friday, with the potential for permanency. Relocation assistance is provided, and a daily buffet lunch and parking are offered at Acacia Prison,

Qualifications

• AASW accredited Social Work degree with membership in AASW.
• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA is required or highly desirable.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams within clinical settings.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical supervision experience.
• Paid AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Relocation assistance available and commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support psychologists, social workers, and program facilitators with clinical guidance.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to uphold clinical standards.
• Support facilitators with feedback, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure programs are inclusive and meet diverse prisoner needs.
• Contribute to program design, research, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of respect, safety, and wellbeing across the team.
