Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 per annum pending experience + Super

Join our team as a Secondary Teacher at Southern Cross Catholic College!

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher (Hospitality and Technologies) with tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers. The successful applicant will need to hold a Trainer and Assessor qualification and a Certificate II in Hospitality The position is a Full Time, Fixed Term position commencing on 18 January 2027 and concludes on 3 December 2027. Part Time, Fixed Term applications will also be considered.

You’ll join a supportive team of committed teachers who work together in partnership with the parent community to create the best possible learning experience for every student. Your understanding of contemporary teaching practices, and your ability to adapt and support a diverse range of learners, will help every child feel included, valued, and confidence.

In your classroom, you’ll spark curiosity and a love of learning by designing engaging lessons, setting clear expectations, and continually reflecting on your practice to keep improving.
