Whilst implementing ‘best practice’ curriculum in teaching areas to support the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of the students, you will work collaboratively with the campus curriculum team to achieve the aims and objectives of the school and develop cooperative relationships that ensure the smooth operation of the Secondary School.You will also work collaboratively with the pastoral care team to ensure the wellbeing of TAS students.
In addition to a strong commitment to continuous improvement in conjunction with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (AITSL), you will apply a range of best-practice teaching methods and Essential Skills of Classroom Management (ESCM) which underpin the school’s pedagogical management approach.
