Job summary

MCS Civil in Sydney is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our full-time team starting ASAP. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years operating a grader, including final trim work and GPS guidance, and is punctual, reliable and ready to start immediately.

You must provide tickets and references, show a solid understanding of OH&S practices, hold a White Card, and have full working rights. A pre-employment medical with drug/alcohol screening is required; MCS Civil is an equal

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a grader.
• Experience in final trim and using GPS.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to start immediately.
• Provide all relevant tickets and references from previous roles.
• Strong understanding of OH&S principles; White Card essential.
• Must have full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to complete final trim tasks.
• Maintain safety and OH&S compliance on site.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure project timelines.
