Job summary

Terra Civil Pty Ltd is a family-owned civil construction company with over 30 years of industry experience. Based in South West Sydney, we work on major civil projects across the Sydney Metropolitan area. We are looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team.

You will operate graders on earthworks, work safely around moving plant, and contribute to quality outcomes on site. Immediate start and long-term career progression available.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a grader.
White Card (Construction Induction) required.
VOC or SOA preferred but not essential.
Experience with GPS & Final Trim on earthworks projects.

Responsibilities

Operate a grader on civil earthworks projects.
Work safely around moving plant and equipment.
Contribute to quality outcomes and project timelines.
