The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen, a flexible 5/7 roster, and a strong emphasis on hygiene and presentation. Expect approximately 38 hours per week in a busy but rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional kitchen environment.
• Experience in a busy commercial kitchen across various cuisines and styles.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage own sections and deliver consistently high-quality food during service.
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard across varied cuisines.
