Job summary

TWG Loxton, the Australian operation of The Wine Group, is seeking enthusiastic Vintage Cellar Hands for a 10–12 week seasonal placement starting mid-January 2027 in Loxton, Riverland. This role offers hands-on experience in wine production and exporting to global markets.

You will support cellar operations, operate winery equipment, and assist with grape handling and transfers while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Team player who can also work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist with cellar operations: grape receival, crushing, racking, blending and wine transfers
• Operate key winery equipment
• Conduct general cellar housekeeping duties
