Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a seasonal casual team member to join its immersive tea experience on the Gold Coast. Provide world-class customer service and connect with customers over the perfect brew during the busy holiday period.

This fixed-term casual role runs from 11 November 2026 until 19 January 2027. You’ll grow product knowledge, assist with stock, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a safe store environment while enjoying staff discounts and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand product knowledge and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high stock volumes and undertake visual merchandising to standards.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect health and safety.
