T2 Tea in Maroochydore, QLD is hiring a seasonal casual team member to deliver immersive tea experiences during the holiday period. You will provide world-class customer service, deepen product knowledge, and help maintain stock and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Acts with customer in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
