Job summary

T2 Tea is looking for a seasonal casual to join its passionate team across Australia. This isn’t just retail; it’s an immersive tea experience. If you love creating memorable experiences, sharing stories, and connecting with customers with the perfect brew, this is the role for you.

Provide world-class service, expand product knowledge, manage stock and merchandising, and follow safety policies. The role runs during the holiday period from 11 November 2026 to 19 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
