Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a seasonal casual to join its passionate team in Australia for the holiday period from 9 November 2026 to 18 January 2027. This isn’t just retail; it’s an immersive tea experience where you’ll connect with customers and share stories about the perfect brew.

Provide world-class customer service, deepen your knowledge of products, and manage stock and visual merchandising while upholding safety policies. Previous retail experience is advantageous in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to work in a busy environment.
• Willing to learn about tea and brewing.
• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous.
• Able to manage stock and merchandising while following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to every customer.
• Continually expand knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of health and safety by following T2 safety policies.
