Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a Seasonal Equipment Operator to help maintain roadways and assets under supervision. You will operate tractors, graders, mowers, sweepers, augers and other heavy equipment, perform snow/ice removal, and assist with traffic control while prioritising safety.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of outdoor maintenance experience; overtime, evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years related work experience in construction or road maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal and sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, lighting, potholes, and striping.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites and assist in emergency rotations.
• Set up and remove traffic control as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
