Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to identify and coordinate pavement, signage, and other contract assets, supervising crews and sub-contractors to meet contract specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, contract interpretation, safety awareness, and the ability to plan, schedule, and report on work orders; travel to sites and on-call rotations may be required; HS diploma and 5 years in road maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; five years in construction/road maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance crews.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crews and coordinate in-house or sub-contractor work.
• Schedule work, ensure contract compliance and timely completion.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate on-site safety and reporting.
• Inspect work and manage documentation per contract requirements.
• Assist Contract Manager in subcontractor qualification and negotiations.
