Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for the Bankstown team on a casual fixed-term basis. You will help customers discover beauty products, learn about skincare and makeup, and support store operations during the busy season.

Training will be provided, and you’ll access Sephora’s online learning platform to grow your expertise. You should enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience, thriving in a dynamic environment, and sharing beauty knowledge with

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail or customer-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide customers as a Beauty Advisor across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
• Represent Sephora with upbeat service and in-depth product advice.
• Complete onboarding training and use the online learning platform for ongoing development.
• Support availability during peak holiday trading times, including evenings and weekends.
