Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Venue Manager to lead seasonal operations at Moama and Mathoura Pools on a casual basis for the 2026/27 season. You will oversee daily operations, customer experience, staff performance and venue presentation to ensure a safe and welcoming community environment.

We value a leader with pride, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn, with training provided to develop the technical aspects of the role.

Qualificações

• Strong communication with a flair for positive influencing and negotiating win–win outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
• National Police Check.
• Working with Vulnerable People clearance.
• Legal working rights in Australia.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded.
• Lifeguard Certificate or willingness to complete the course.

• Implement a high value customer service proposition that addresses the needs of the client base.
• Recruitment of energetic, diverse and passionate employees as required to compliment the team and the vision for the Centre.

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Venue Manager to lead our seasonal operations at Moama and Mathoura Pools on a casual basis throughout the summer.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating a positive, accountable team culture. You will oversee daily operations, customer experience, staff performance and venue presentation, ensuring our community enjoys a safe and welcoming environment.

Experience in venue management is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to lead a team with confidence and integrity. We can provide the training and support needed to develop the technical aspects of the role.

This role is a 4 month contract, with the opportunity to continue at one of our year round sites. Season timeline, November 2026 - March 2027.
