Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Centre Manager to lead the Casterton Pool this summer season (Nov–Apr). Based in Casterton, VIC, you’ll oversee daily operations, safety, and guest experience while guiding a small local team.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a leisure/aquatic facility.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience in operational, financial and people planning.
• Current CPR and First Aid (Level 2) certificates.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Legal working rights in Australia.
• Pool Operations Certificate is highly regarded.
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate or the ability to complete.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors through policies and compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve KPIs and outstanding service.
• Drive a high-performance, community-focused culture with visible leadership.
• Deliver against operational and financial targets; build relationships with Council.
• Recruit and develop staff with clear career progression pathways.
• Maintain facilities to approved standards in line with contract requirements.
