Job summary

Greater Shepparton City Council invites applications for casual Lifeguards to support the Aquamoves team during the 2026/27 summer season. You will ensure safety across Aquamoves, Tatura Pool, Mooroopna Pool and Merrigum Pool while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role offers on-the-job training, a dynamic team environment, flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and holidays, and the opportunity to work at multiple facilities within Greater Shepparton.

Qualifications

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Employee Working with Children Check (for applicants aged 18 and over).
• Current First Aid (HLTAID011).
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR (HLTAID009).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and supervision across Aquamoves, Tatura, Mooroopna and Merrigum pools.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to emergencies.
• Enforce pool rules and safety procedures.
• Work across multiple aquatic facilities within Greater Shepparton during the summer season.
