Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a Seasonal Equipment Operator to support maintenance of roadways and related assets. The role involves snow/ice removal, repairs, and operation of surface and right‑of‑way equipment under supervision of the Operations Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3+ years in construction or maintenance, and a valid Ontario DZ license with safety training such as first aid and WHMIS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related work experience in construction or maintenance (preferred).
• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Training in traffic control methods, first aid, TDG, WHMIS and occupational health basics.

Responsibilities

• Removal of snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences and related infrastructure.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance and repair.
• Assist with maintenance of slopes, berms, culverts, drains and vegetation.
