Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary, is seeking a Road Maintenance Technician in Burlington. The role focuses on maintenance, servicing and repair of roads and infrastructure assets to contract standards, including traffic control and site safety.

Must be ready for on-call rotations, overtime and seasonal workloads. HS Diploma or GED is required; CDL/DOT or related certifications are highly desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of underground infrastructure maintenance.
• High level of attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Comfort working at heights and with elevated work platforms.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends or holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair roads and related assets to contractual standards.
• Set up safe Traffic Control and remove devices after work.
• Operate and transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Respond to emergency rotations as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies and maintain safety and environmental standards.
