Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, cleaning, waste management or similar operational environment.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various organisational levels.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating cleaning and waste requirements across the Australian Open precinct.
• Developing operational plans, workforce schedules and service delivery documentation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
• Supporting waste, sustainability and climate action initiatives across the event.
• Monitoring on-site operations and contributing to seamless event delivery during the tournament period.
