Qualifications

• Previous commercial kitchen or Chef experience.
• Food safety knowledge.
• Trade qualified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Support dinner service and ensure food is prepared to a high standard.
• Assist with stock management and kitchen organisation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
• Work collaboratively within a small kitchen team.
