Job summary

Hampers and Gifts Australia Pty Ltd, based in Regents Park NSW, invites applications for a full-time casual role from early October through to January. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, assisting with orders, delivery enquiries and product recommendations.

Working 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, you’ll collaborate with warehouse and delivery partners, resolve issues empathetically, support returns, and keep product knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, retail, or customer service.
• Able to make customers feel heard and helped.
• Strong communication and computer literacy.
• Experience with Shopify or Gorgias is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist with orders, delivery enquiries, and product recommendations.
• Resolve issues quickly with empathy and aim for first-contact resolution.
• Support returns and exchanges, and update customers on status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to inform customers.
• Capture feedback to improve service and maintain records.
