Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc is seeking Seasonal Retail Assistants (Beauty Advisors) for the Marion/Adelaide team on a fixed-term basis during the holiday period. You will engage customers, share beauty expertise, and help across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

Training will be provided via field trainers and Sephora's online learning platform. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, staying current with beauty trends, and supporting cross-training

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to participate in cross-training and in-store training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing customer experience by listening to and addressing unique needs.
• Stay informed on latest beauty trends and products across departments.
• Promote Sephora's loyalty program and benefits to customers.
• Support team with product knowledge and upsell opportunities.
• Possibly work across peak trade days, including late nights and weekends.
